At Le Plancha we are all about fresh! Our emphasis is on making everything where possible in house from our freshly baked bread, homemade ice cream and even our crackers for cheese. We work with our suppliers to deliver the freshest fish, best meat and seasonal vegetables which are reflected in our menu. We change our dishes often to keep it interesting for both ourselves & our customers.

Le Plancha was opened in 2011 by Andrew Lawlor as Head Chef & Eimear Brannelly as Restaurant Manager with the concept of creating a local neighbourhood bistro that offers great food at reasonable prices.
Andrew has worked as a Chef for over twenty years in many leading restaurants and draws his influences for Le Plancha from his travels through France, Portugal & Spain. He has a passion for food & quality ingredients.
Eimear has worked as designer for ten years in advertising. She always had a passion for food, wine & people. So along with Andrew, Le plancha was born, a bistro with excellent food in stylish surroundings and great service!
In September 2016, Le Plancha relocated to its new home in Monkstown.
